Here are 3 easy steps prior to a having your home inspected to get it inspection ready.

A Month Before The Inspection: If there is anything you know definitely needs fixed or repaired, make sure it is completed prior to the inspection. During the home inspection it is our job to make the necessary repairs are completed to inspect them properly. We will also let you know if there is any thing else that needs repaired after the inspection is complete.

A Week Before: Remove all debris and clutter. If we can't get to it, we can't inspect it. It's that simple. Our value is found in our comprehensive findings and report, so allow us to do just that for you.

The Day Of The Inspection: We ask that you have your light bulbs replaced and smoke detector batteries updated (where necessary, of course). In addition, appliances such as the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer be empty for us to operate and inspect them. If the house is currently vacant, please make sure all the utilities are turned on.

These simple tasks will ensure a thorough and complete home inspection.
